All webcomics have a problem with comic time being slower than real time, some examples are available on tvtropes. Obviously, the whole of EGS (which started in 2002 and as of June 2023 covers less than a year and a half of comic time (see the timeline)) is a good example, but the ratio is not linear ... let's list the more interesting examples.
Note that it can actually cause problems, or at least make the Technology progress in EGS look weird ...
Most comic time per real time[]
First the inverse: the most comic time passing in the smallest amount of real time is obviously the half year long timeskip in EGS Main Story Comic for 2013-02-01.
Most real time for comic time[]
The obvious winner in terms of ratio of real time to comic time is in There be Whales Here 3: the two-thirds of a second Tedd was falling took a whole week since EGS Main Story Comic for 2013-01-22 to EGS Main Story Comic for 2013-01-28 (5 pages). That is ratio 907200:1.
Notable long days[]

Title "June 7th continues. Again. It will never end." on EGS Main Story Comic for 2012-06-04.

Related weirdness[]
Sarah's hair growth[]
Note that technology is not the only stuff changing suspiciously fast. There was at least one case where Sarah's hair grew quite long overnight - and note that there was no magic involved as there was in Nanase's case around EGS Main Story Comic for 2012-06-11. The endpoints of this timespan are EGS Main Story Comic for 2003-05-12, the start of the double date with Tedd and Grace on Friday, and Sarah's waking up in EGS Main Story Comic for 2003-08-21 on Saturday. However, the hair was already a little longer during the date, as seen on EGS Main Story Comic for 2003-06-02 ... and the Q&A session, while out of continuity, also seemed to help, see EGS Main Story Comic for 2003-08-06.
