Rad Squirrel is the twenty-sixth storyline (or rather, the twenty-sixth storyline chapter) in EGS:NP. It started with EGS:NP Comic for 2016-03-21 ("No Tail Yanking") and ended with EGS:NP Comic for 2016-04-29. It's not labeled as canon, possibly for similar reason as the Gaming Webcomic. It features Grace playing Fallout: New Vegas. While Tedd is next to her, most of story is in-game chibi.
Summary[]
Grace complained to George about having to kill enemies in most video games and George told her that you can play Fallout: New Vegas without killing.[1] Grace took it as challenge and decided to make the setting peaceful with her speech skill.[2]
Grace learned the premise of the game: the player character is a courier who somehow survived being shot by a man who stole the chip that she was delivering.[3] She asked the physician who cared for the courier where the man who shot her went because she wanted to make him a friend and flirt with him.[4]
She refrained from killing even beasts that were attacking people.[5] Then she offered to do quests for a raider in the hope of reforming him.[6] She persuaded a bounty hunter to retire by a speech chech boosted by alcohol and a skimpy dress.[7] When the courier and the raider encountered the police, she was unable to stop the fight and lost karma for sparing the raider.[8]
Then the courier met the military of the New California Republic and was given a quest even though she wasn't employed by the military or even a citizen of the NCR.[9] She had to flee from a murderous robot, despite Tedd arguing that the no-kill restriction didn't apply to robots, since she didn't have any weapons.[10] Tedd suggested that Grace should level up the courier's unarmed fighting ability to get nonlethal knockout moves.[11] To level up she pushed over a giant lizard.[11][12] Then Grace and Tedd noted the silly weirdness of the Kings, a gang of Elvis impersonators.[13]
When the courier found the man why shot her she flirted with him.[14] After the courier seduced the man who shot her, Grace learned that he kept the chip.[15]
Then she found the Legion faction (whose spokesman addressed the courier as "bro" despite the courier being a woman) and learned that they had slaves and crucified people.[16] When she learned how terrible they were she became so angry[17] that she murdered them all and burned their camp.[18]
