Question Mark Pt 2 is the twentieth story arc in EGS:NP. It started with EGS:NP Comic for 2015-03-30 and ended with EGS:NP Comic for 2015-04-06. It's not canon, but also not completely non-canon: it's something like Q&A, where Amanda and Lisa provides canonical answers while being out of continuity. To show this, Amanda (dressed like sexy ninja) kicks the canon cannon on the first strip.
The story was born from gigantic amount of confusion Sarah's spell caused. The "show and not tell" strategy Dan tried failed, so he instead explained the spell in the Q&A format.
From Sarah's perspective, everything but her pauses in the exact moment she casted the spell, and she is free to explore the frozen environment as though it were real - but it's not. It's all in Sarah's mind. The simulation is accurate: she can read books, look behind doors and lot of other stuff.
From another person's perspective, Sarah simply closed her eyes, nothing fancy or suspicious is happening.
And Sarah experiences "several" seconds per every actual second. Exact ratio is not mentioned and can vary.
And Sarah doesn't need to touch someone to switch bodies with them.
The story arc ends with Amanda's attempt to "ninja vanish" using something which should've shrink them out of view, but doesn't shrink them enough.
